Senior Infrastructure Design Manager

TRS Staffing is seeking a Sr. Engineer/Manager for a high-level and large-scale Civil Infrastructure project located in the province on Ontario. If you are interested in building an engineering legacy, this role might just be for you. Located in the City of Windsor, this is a permanent, full-time position.

Key Details

• You are acknowledged as a “Problem Solver” and you have a minimum of 10 years working/leading large-scale Civil Infrastructure projects (bridge, highway, buildings…)
• You are a licensed Professional Engineer
• Experience managing large quantities of subcontractors
• Involvement in the Design and Review of key project elements: estimation, scheduling, progress reports, material management, permitting, leading and mentoring staff
• Strong construction engineering background (manage Design Changes, Field Change Request, RFIs, Budgets…)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders
• This is a long-term project with a solid compensation and relocation package
