Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Customer Service)
Location: Harrison, Ohio
Qualified applicants must reside in/around Harrison, OH. No relocation assistance is available.
Duration: Full time/Direct hire
Compensation: $60-70,000
Industry: Global Supplier of vehicles, construction equipment, tools, support services, and asset management solutions across multiple industries and government agencies

About the Company:
We deliver expertise in managing significant work scopes related to construction indirect products and services for capital construction project owners, contractors, and government, as well as ongoing plant operation support with an emphasis on oil, gas, chemicals, mining, power, pharmaceutical/ biotech, general manufacturing, and infrastructure end markets.

Job Description Summary
This position is aggressive and highly motivated and provides personalized sales solutions to fit our customer’s equipment, tooling, and consumable needs. The ideal candidate is a team player who displays exceptional sales and customer service skills, along with the ability to build/maintain long-term relationships.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Foster and forge new/existing relationships that impact the long-term success and sales of our products and services, including quoting and selling/up-selling/cross-selling inbound customer calls to drive increased share of customer spend
• Manage assigned account base ensuring customer service/satisfaction expectations are met while achieving sales and profitability objectives.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards.
• Adhere to and support company’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
• Timely follow-up and resolution of internal/external requests, complaints, and/or concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.

Typical Minimum Qualifications - Related Education, Experience & Skills
• Minimum of two years’ work experience in an inside sale, account management or customer service capacity.
• Prior exposure to the supply distribution, equipment rental industry, mechanical, contracting or construction services, including knowledge of our product offering (tools and equipment) would be beneficial.
• Essential to juggle multiple time-sensitive priorities, while delivering quality support to customers and Outside Sales in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills required, with the ability to respond to inquiries at all levels.
• Must be able to work well within a team environment.
• Some college/Associate degree in a related field, preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis, report generation and formulating sales quotes/materials/presentations.
• SAP experience would be a definite plus, particularly SAP Business One.

Working Conditions
Generally favorable indoor office workspace, and/or; Various levels of environmental conditions including but not limited to project worksites and vendor/client facilities which may have temporary office space, moving mechanical parts and vibration; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles and extreme temperatures and high noise levels.
