The Operations Assistant will play a critical role in the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing team. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, assisting with supply chain operations, handling administrative tasks, coordinating inbound and outbound freight, sourcing new suppliers, liaising with existing suppliers regarding lead times and pricing, working closely with our sales team, and coordinating e-commerce sales.
You will also be expected to carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, as we value flexibility and the ability to wear many hats.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrable ability to give 110% effort.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a huge plus.
• Previous experience in logistics, operations or a related field is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the manufacturing team in supply chain operations.
• Carry out administrative duties to ensure smooth operation.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding lead times and pricing.
• Source new suppliers for raw materials.
• Work alongside the sales team to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate e-commerce sales.
• Execute any ad-hoc duties as instructed by management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage.
