Passport to work Coordinator

The Permit Coordinator will act as the Company appointed person responsible for permit to work coordination on a New Oil & Gas refinery project.

Responsibilities:

- Submitting the permit request for the refinery scope permit
- Receiving Permit to Work (PTW) applications from contractor
- Reviewing PTW applications from an SSH&E perspective
- Distributing PTW applications to the assigned permit issuers for review and issuing
- Coordinate with the Project authorized gas tester regarding the gas testing requirements for confined space entry
- Attending daily construction coordination meetings
- Updating the permit register on a daily basis
- Liaising with SSH&E training department to maintain a list of authorized permit issuers, holders and authorized gas testers
