The Plant Manager will be responsible for safe work environment, managing operations & maintenance, resource management, plant profitability and client relations.
The Plant Manager shall :
Ensure the Set Standards in QEHS and Operations/Production
Implement the Best Practices
Undertake O&M Cost Analysis and work through Annual Plans
Develop Team
Ensure Business Ethics and Principles
Drive various initiatives such as Lean Management Principles, Kaizens and TPM etc.
Ensure Statutory Compliance
A Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering Graduate.
Minimum 15 years’ experience - preferably Steel Industry. Out of 15 years, minimum 5 years should have lead the O&M vertical of sizable plants.
Working knowledge of ERP Tools such as SAP or Oracle
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Guajarati Languages.
