Um dieses spannende Projekt unseres Kunden weiter voranzutreiben, bräuchten wir einen Projektadmin (m/w/d).
Standort: Heide, Schleswig-Holstein (on-site work)
Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung des Projektleiters und des Teams bei administrativen Aufgabe
- Evidenzierung und Verwaltung der Arbeitszeit der Mitarbeiter
- Erstellung von Berichten und Dokumentationen im Zusammenhang mit Arbeitszeit
- Koordination von Terminen und Besprechungen
- Allgemeine Büroorganisation und -verwaltung
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im administrativen Bereich
- Erfahrung in der administrativen Unterstützung, idealerweise in einem Bauprojektumfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Zeiterfassung von Mitarbeitern, vorzugsweise mit elektronischen Systemen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
