Project Manager - Japanese-Speaking

Job Title: Japanese Translator/Project Administrator
Location: Mid-West (Oklahoma or Kansas)
Industry: construction and engineering
Status of Hire: direct placement
Pay: $40/hr-$60/hr+

Duties and Responsibilities:
• A project resource that will facilitate communication between the company and the client.
• Translate RFI/RFPs
• Create presentations and help deliver/interpret presentation to the client
• Attend meetings with the client and take notes for the benefit of the project team.
• Use technical ability to facilitate completion of deliverables for the project team.
• Soft skills to build relationship between the company and the client.

Skills and Requirements:
• 4 year degree in Engineering or Business
• Fluency in both Japanese and English
• Effectively meets project schedules
• Highly motivated
• Translate Japanese to English and English to Japanese
• Ability to interpret in real-time
• Strong soft skills and relationship builder
• MS Office Suite skills are a must
• Strong listening and note taking ability
• Construction management and project life-cycle knowledge
• Project Management or engineering experience preferred
