Job Offer: Project Manager

Location: Płock, Poland

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading project planning and execution from inception to completion.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Reporting project progress to senior management and clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing project management best practices.

Expectations:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Higher technical education.
  • Experience in the broad engineering industry related to industrial investment projects, with a particular focus on EPC/EPCM projects.
  • Fluent knowledge of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate and utilize new knowledge and solve problems.
  • Operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera Project Planner or MS Project.
  • Professional experience gained during the construction phase.
