Location: Conley, GA

Status of Hire: direct placement
Pay: $100k - $110k+

Summary of Primary Functions: Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Formulates and maintains quality control objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals
• Provides inspection activity for product throughout production cycle
• Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products
• Creates and implements inspection criteria and procedures
• Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel in organization
• Applies total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes within each department
• Works with vendors to ensure quality of purchased parts for company use
• Plays active role on quality management teams within the organization
• Designs and implements quality control training programs to key personnel in conjunction with managers
• Designs, implements, and analyzes all concrete mix designs to meet specifications and verifies all required specifications
• Investigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding quality
• Creates and directs environmental test functions
• Coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs
Job Specifications or Qualifications:
• Certificates, Licenses, Registration: PCI Training Level 1, 2, and 3. ACI Technician Grade 1
• Education: Bachelor Degree (4 year) is required.
• Experience: 7 to 10 (+) years prior or related experience is required.
• Supervisory Experience: 2 (+) years is preferred.
