We are looking for a Receptionist based in the Perth CBD. This would be a contract position for around 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities :
First point of contact for a busy reception desk
Provide exceptional service to clients and internal staff
Distribute communications i.e. emails, phone messages
General administrative tasks including database entry, ordering stationery, photocopying, binding etc
Project Administration duties when required Mobilisation admin ( flights and Accommodation bookings, medical bookings)
Skills and experience:
Experience within corporate reception role essential
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Self Motivated
