Senior Superintendent

Our client, a leading general contractor, is looking for a Senior Superintendent to join their team in Montreal, QC. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with institutional as well as commercial projects they must have previously handled complete renovations as well as new construction.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging in site start up work, construction, as well as job close out. They will be involved with overseeing subcontractors, coordinating site activities, as well as preparing site reports.

Qualifications

- Must have 10+ years of experience in superintendent or foreman capacity
- Must have experience with institutional and commercial projects
- Must have experience with projects valued upwards of $10M
- Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
