Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange project site visits to carry out contractor orientations, check-ins, and meetings with the Client;
- Attend events in the local market (job fairs, etc.) with the team;
- Assist with onboarding by emailing necessary documentation to new hires, conduct reference checks and updating information in Adapt;
- General administration including data entry, answering phone inquiries and email management;
- Help recruitment team with arranging interviews, posting jobs and formatting resumes;
- Review applicant resumes, conduct phone screens and input information in Adapt.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a similar role, or a recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Human Resources
- Strong collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong administrative experience
- Ability to work independently with high productivity and attention to detail is essential
- Experience with construction, or being on a large scale project would be preferred
