Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries (in person, phone, and email) and provide timely, accurate information
- Coordinate with departments such as facilities, housekeeping, transportation, and site services to support daily activities
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and tracking tools related to occupancy, room allocation, and site resources
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring professional and positive arrival and departure experiences
- Support housekeeping operations by preparing reports and communicating last-minute changes
- Oversee check-in and check-out, maintaining records and room key control
- Assist with travel logistics, including passenger coordination, luggage handling, and transportation check-ins
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms, shared spaces, and storage areas to ensure standards are met
- Manage accommodations, including room assignments, updates, and occupancy tracking within internal systems
- Preform additional duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures
- Experience with property or accommodations management systems
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
