We are currently recruiting Engineering and Projects specialists within the mining sector to support the delivery of integrated project services across the full project lifecycle. Our focus is on securing highly skilled professionals who can contribute to safe, efficient, and sustainable projects and operational outcomes.
As we prepare for upcoming project opportunities and anticipated contract awards, we are proactively building a strong network of specialist talent to ensure readiness to mobilize once work is confirmed.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee all construction activities across project delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient execution aligned with project plans, quality standards, and timelines. This role is based in Johannesburg. Seize your chance and apply today!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement construction management plans aligned to overall project execution.
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
- Coordinate contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor construction progress, validate reporting, and manage change control processes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks impacting schedule, cost, and quality.
- Establish and enforce QA/QC processes and conduct regular site inspections.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular progress updates.
- Lead and manage teams, promoting a safe, collaborative, and high-performance environment.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in construction or engineering project environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and safety standards.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
