Location: British Columbia - Kamloops region
Type of Employment – Permanent Full Time
Our client is multi-disciplinary engineering company with multiple locations within Canada, working in diverse sectors such as energy, mining, petrochemical, heavy industrial. On their behalf, TRS is looking for high-quality Structural Engineers for Field Engineering work. This is a permanent full-time position.
Key Details
- Possess site-based experience within operational facilities
- As a Field Engineer you will be involved in facility walkdowns that are largely focused on structural steel (platforms, walkways, beams, piles…)
- You will respond to RFIs in a professional and timely manner
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) within a Canadian jurisdiction
- Open to to a quality E.I.T. candidate that is registered with a provincial engineering body
- Experience is in Heavy Industrial, Mining or Oil and Gas
- Familiar with Canadian Building Codes
- Strong communication skills
