Testing and Commissioning Manager – RAIL TRS Staffing is partnering with a leading global Engineering, Construction and Project Management Company to help them fill an urgent need in their office in Dallas, Texas. Outside our American qualified friends and candidates, TRS is also open to qualified candidates that are Canadian Citizens and who are eligible to work in the United States. The Testing and Commissioning Manager is a permanent full-time position and is based in Dallas, Texas. Key Details: • Extensive experience testing integrated railroad systems – a minimum of 10 years of experience • Testing areas include signaling, communications, traction power… • Defining, planning and implementing a Testing and Commissioning program • Working directly with all key project stakeholders – contractors, project owners, Operations and Maintenance providers… • Coordination of O&M training • Experienced in the area of integrated static testing of Rolling Stock • Follow testing standards as governed by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) • Preference for those with High-Speed Rail experience • Professional Engineer (PE or Canadian registered) • Excellent communication skills PLEASE NOTE: Only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
