Materials & Warehouse Superintendent

TRS Staffing is currently seeking a Materials & Warehouse Superintendent for a dynamic international mining company headquartered in Vancouver. This role requires relocation in BC. As a Materials & Warehouse Superintendent, you will be reporting to the General Manager in the Supply Chain department and oversee all the areas in supply chain including purchasing, warehousing, inventory and contracts, as well as recommend targets for cost reduction, cost savings, service levels and supplier management.

Qualifications:

⦁ Diploma related to Supply Chain management program
⦁ Leadership role in a logistics, warehousing, purchasing, inventory and contracts
⦁ 8+ years experience in Supply Chain and 3+ years in a managerial position
⦁ Experience in working in a unionized environment
⦁ Working knowledge of HSE and Reclamation Code for mines in BC and regulatory framework is an asset
⦁ Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office and Visio
