Role Summary
The Piping Design Checker is responsible for reviewing piping design deliverables to ensure compliance with our client's standards, project specifications, applicable codes, and constructability requirements across EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Check piping layouts, 3D models, isometrics, and GA drawings for quality and compliance

• Ensure adherence to ASME/API codes, project specifications, and standards

• Identify design errors, clashes, and constructability or access issues

• Coordinate with piping designers, stress, mechanical, and other disciplines

• Provide clear check comments and verify closure of revisions

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of piping design, routing, and equipment layout

• Proficiency with AVEVA E3D/PDMS, SP3D, and AutoCAD

• Experience in multidisciplinary EPC environments

• High attention to detail and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Piping Design (or equivalent experience)

• Typically 8+ years of piping design experience, including checking/review roles

• Prior EPC project experience preferred
