Senior HSE Expert

As a Senior HSE Expert you will be based at our client in The Hague. On average you will be travelling to sites in the Netherlands two or three days per week .

Principal responsibilities :
• Monitoring of H&S company certifications compliance and registration
• Execute the action define in the RI&E action plan required by Dutch labor law
• Development, mentoring and train (site based) personnel in all requirements coming from the RI&E and the action plan
• Ensure compliance with the relevant Health & Safety legislation, company procedures and (offshore) Wind Industry best practices
• Define and Execute the project specific ERP and HSE plan
• Actively look to improve safety standards

Prerequisites :
• You have to be educated to the level of Dutch HVK/IVK or equivalent.
• Have solid (and relevant) experience as a HSE professional in the (offshore) Wind Industry
• Expert knowledge in H&S management systems and risk mitigation strategy
• Speak and write English and Dutch fluently;
