We are looking for an Interim Site Manager to join the Service team of our client within the Netherlands onshore operations (Renewable / Wind). In this role you will oversee service operations at their windfarms.
You must have previous experience gained from an operational role where you have taken responsibility for a team of Technicians and Operational Delivery. Another key element to the role is customer focus and again you must be able to demonstrate previous experience working closely with customers.
Responsibilities:
As Interim Site Manager you are responsible for ensuring (implementation of) correct service operations (technically and/or commercially) for wind farms under your management:
• Lead and manage safe and efficient operation of the service contracts across several operational wind farms.
• Problem solving and issue resolution (old and new) to ultimately support delivery of contract obligations.
• Implement defined policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes procedures and/or tools
• Ensure the delivery of services on an operational level with respect to process adherence, service quality, and profitability.
• Act as focal point to customers and resolve issues with external and internal stakeholders.
• Act as interface to manage and coordinate internal stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Ensure regional laws and regulations are followed.
Qualifications?
• Previous experience managing (a large team of) Engineering Technicians within a service environment.
• Experience as a Site Manager in the wind (service) is preferred.
• Experience with service contracts is a must.
• Experience within and knowledge of the renewable (wind) industry (and the technology).
• We are looking for a people manager who can guide/lead the team and the organization and provide structure
