Sr. Executive - Site Administration

We are hiring for one of Korean Company , having a huge portfolio of power projects (Oil & Coal based). Our Client is an expert in Boiler technology, turnkey EPC Solutions for Coal-fired Power Plants, Engineering of EPC projects including AQCS solutions, Also manufacture SC/USC boilers for TPP operators.

EXPERIENCE RANGE : 5-8 years of experience in Site admin work.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : Any Diploma /Degree Or Any business studies course.

TECHNICAL SKILLS :
•Knowledge of Customer Interaction, Team & Situation Handling.
•Experience to handling foreigner /Expats would be a plus point.
•Having experience to work on IDS software and knowledge of opera and CRS software.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
•Responsible for Facility Management in office and sites.
•Create and Manage Vendors.
•Responsible for Travel Management.
•Organize New Hire Orientation and induction programs.
•Take care of Contract Management.
•Responsible for Canteen Management in office and at sites.
•Visitors / Expats Facilitation.
•Responsible for New office project management,
•Lease handling – Housing & Fleet,
•Close coordination with International SoS,
•Ensure service quality and policy adherence,
•Conduct regular inspection (Office & Vendors facilities).
•Good hands on office automation installation.
•Report generation.
•Take care of Office operations & Management.
