Sr. Technician - WTG
Operation and maintenance:

•Troubleshooting and analyzing the error log.
•Analyzing the Electrical and Electronic circuits in turbine.
•Execution of DFIG Maintenance of the turbine.
•Execution of Preventive Maintenance of the turbine.
•Entering Breakdown, Material consumption in Sap Database and Plant Maintenance.
•Route Cause analyzing of failures.
•Software updating the WTG controllers.
•Preparation of Failure Components Prepared by NCR.
•Maintaining of All Documents as per Company Standards.
•Monitoring the healthy status of plant through SCADA system checking error details.
•Doing daily review on DGR Verification with the team.
•Weekly reviews with onsite team for Machine availability & unsafe condition, Unsafe acts.
•Permits to Work system, work at height and ensuring compliance with safety & quality working practice.
•Quality inspection activities with documentation.
•Preparation of material requisition notes, Material Consumption statements and as per material available at store.
•Coordinating with clients and inspections teams to carry on the works.
•Preparing and maintaining of various documents as assigned.
•Preparation of Daily generation report and major breakdown details.
•Evaluating health & safety issues and formulating practical solutions and ensuring the highest level of safety standards is applied by all Consultants.
•Maintained effective working relationship with staff members, field crews, contractors, vendors outside agencies and the public.
