Position specific responsibilities and requirements:
- Perform technical and administrative duties including, but are not limited to: report preparation, presentations, engineering specifications, setting up and maintaining project files in project databases.
- Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination, minute taking, issuance of minutes, setting up and maintaining project files, project closeout, and file retention.
- Support with travel arrangements
- Adhoc catering requirements arrangements
- Mobilisation of project team and contractors to site, ensuring training is completed and PPE orders received on time
- Processing of invoices allocating to correct project cost codes.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
- Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
- Other duties as assigned
Position required competencies and skills:
- Strong commitment to promoting positive Health, Safety and Environment in the workplace.
- Ability to communicate and engage with various levels of management and personnel across the project.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Microsoft office suite proficiency.
- Self-starting and proactive with an ability to work unsupervised.
- Attention to details and solve problems as they arise.
Position required qualifications:
- A combination of education and directly related experience equal to four (4) years
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner essential
Position desired experience, competencies and qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar roles.
- Experience in project work.
- Previous site experience.
