“TRS is urgently looking for a Completions Database Coordinator within the Mining Industry to join our international Client’s Batu Hijau Expansion Project team based in INDONESIA.”

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide guidance to management, contractors, and approve system boundary documents and drawings.
• Monitor and coordinate administration of project’s SCDB; working closely with Contractors, Subcontractors and Engineering to ensure adherence to approved boundary documents. Monitor secure interface between SCDB and engineering data bases.
• Interface with Contractors Engineering to ensure engineering data is updated in accordance with latest revision updates of key documents.
• Assist with system development of SCDB.
• Aid in monitoring the development, population and maintenance of the Completions Management System (CMS) data base (SCDB) and review current/correct data from engineering and that tags are correctly tied/linked to each subsystem.
• Co-ordinate validation of engineering downloads to system/sub system splits.
• Maintain system and information in accordance with project progress.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering in Operations/Maintenance/construction and/or systems completion.
• Minimum 5 plus years in Completions Database Coordinating experience within Mining Industry.
• Excellent English (speak and writing) Mandatory
