Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate engineering teams across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
- Ensure all engineering work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Review and approve technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to resolve engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and support professional development initiatives.
Qualification and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the mining or heavy industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of mining operations, engineering standards, and project lifecycle management.
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
